This article will lay out the instructions on how to use a shared folder and PQD for Mac, so your staff can use the exact same play, template and shape libraries.
This step needs to be performed only once to set up your master library location. Once established, it should be shared with all coaching staff using PQD, guaranteeing that everyone has access to the latest versions of your libraries, which include plays, templates, and shapes.

Using OneDrive on the web to share
- Open a browser and navigate to onedrive.live.com so you can login and view your OneDrive Folders.
- Locate your Pro Quick Draw 365 folder or the main master folder containing all of your files and click on the share icon
- Add the email address of the coaches you will be sharing this master folder with and click the Send button
- Once its send click on the X up the upper right corner
- Notice now the folder says Shared

Using OneDrive in Finder to share
- Open Finder
- Click on OneDrive in the Locations section of the sidebar on the left
- Right click on the master folder that you want to share and Select share from the menu
- Type in the email address(es) of the coach(es) you are sharing this with and click the Send button
- You will be notified that the link was sent, click the red X in the left hand corder to close the window
Import Shared libraries in PQD 365 for Mac
Once everything has been shared, your coaches can now open PowerPoint with PQD for Mac installed and activated to import and use
- Click the Library button on the PQD sidebar
- Click Manage Play Libraries
- Click the Add Library button
- Click Shared With Me on the left
- Select the library that was shared with you and click the Select button
- It should now appear in the sidebar, click the Done button
- Click the dropdown to confirm it is there and can be selected
You would follow the exact same steps to add a template library that is shared as well but instead of Manage Play Libraries to add it you would select Manage Template Libraries, etc.
