3 ways to export drawings made in Visio to PowerPoint: Export the Same Template, Export Convert/Transform to new Template, and import directly within PowerPoint.
Option #1: Export - Export Current Template
Press the export button in the video section of the Pro Quick Draw ribbon
- Select PowerPoint file type (we recommend .pptx file).
- Page export gives you the option to keep your pages in one file or have each page as each individual file.
- Next you can choose your slide size. Standard 4x3 or widescreen 16x9.
- Select the folder where the file will be saved.
Option #2: Export - Transform to New Template
Press the export button in the video section of the Pro Quick Draw ribbon
- Select PowerPoint file type (we recommend .pptx file).
- Page export gives you the option to keep your pages in one file or have each page as each individual file.
- Next you can choose your slide size. Standard 4x3 or widescreen 16x9.
- Click Transform to Template and select the new template for your drawings.
- Select the folder where the file will be saved.
Option #3: Import Directly from within PowerPoint.
*If Needed* Change your Master Library Folder to the folder where your Visio drawings live. Now you're able to add drawing as normal.
