How to Change my Pro Quick Draw Username

You can change your own username if the domain name is the same. If the domain name is different, please contact us.

Changing the username on your account will cause no interruption to your logins. ⚠️ Please note, you are only able to change the username yourself if the account domain is the same as your last one

If your new username has a different domain, please contact us to get it changed.

Visit the Account Portal to access your account
Enter the credentials you use with PQD
Go to 'My Account'
Go to 'Change Email'
