      How to Add New Licensed Users to Your Team and Enable Self-Downloading Access.

      If your account includes multiple licenses, this article provides step-by-step instructions for adding licensed users, enabling them to install Pro Quick Draw on their own.

      Add Licensed Users and Key

      1. Open a web browser and go to the Dashboard
      2. Access the Account Tab on the left side bar menu
      3. Select Add Licensed User

      4. Provide the necessary information for the fields when adding a license for a new user.

      As the Account owner, you have two options for providing access to new users: you can either send them an email containing their license key and the download link, or you can invite them to the dashboard, allowing them to log in and access the download directly.

      Email License Key and Download

      1. Once a key has been generated, click the Mail icon and send the license key to the users email. They will need this activate their machine.
      2. Go to the Download section
      3. Click the Copy URL Button
      4. Open an Email and send this link to the staff members for them to download.
      5. The user will now download and run the installer
      6. After the download is complete they will need to enter their License Key to activate their machine.

      Invite the User to the Dashboard

      By inviting a user to the dashboard, this enables a user to create their own login credentials and have access to downloading the installer and running it on their own.

      1. After you have added the user to the Dashboard, navigate the the Users section within your account.
      2. Click the Send Invite to Dashboard Button
      3. The user will receive an invitation to the dashboard where they can create their own login.
      4. After logging into the dashboard, the user can go to the My License menu
      5. Copy their License Key
      6. Follow the Download Instructions below

       

      Download and Install

      • Navigate to the Dashboard and enter credentials 
      • Click the Download tab on the left side menu. Find the section Pro Quick Draw
      • Click Download
      • Run the Installer from your Downloads Folder Location
      • Agree to the Terms
      • When complete Click Finish

      All PowerPoint, Visio Windows must be closed. If you are running Catapult Thunder or DVSport, you must close those programs as well. A background version of PowerPoint will run and prevent the installation process. If needed, go to your Task Manager and end the background process for Microsoft PowerPoint

      Open a new PowerPoint or Visio

      • Select Blank Presentation
      • Click Licensing
      • Enter your email and click Validate
      • Paste the License Key you copied from the previous steps.
      • Enter your Key and Activate your machine.
