Please Note: Pro Quick Draw must be properly downloaded, installed and licensed. Ensure you have followed these downloading steps before moving on.
- On the Home tab of the PowerPoint ribbon, click the Play Editor icon in the Pro Quick Draw section on the right. This will open the Shapes and Drawings menu on the left-hand side.

- Go into the Drawings section and double click the Play Editor Drawings that you'll use for your first drawing. Make this drawing into how you want the rest to be labeled and formatted.
- Go to File Save As (shortcut is F12 or fn+F12) then title and save your drawing in the desired location within the Master Library folder of your File Explorer
Build and add 3 more drawings to your Master Library using this process.
- Open up a Blank Presentation and go into PQD by turning on the Toggle Panel.
- Click on the Select Template drop down on the left side of the ribbon. Find and choose the template you wish to use.
- To the right of the selected template, click Add if you want to add a new slide or Update to replace the slide you currently have selected.
- Navigate to your Master Library Menu on the right side of the screen.
- Find your drawing within the folder structure and double click it to format and fit it into the template
- To build a new drawing using the Save As button navigate to the drawing you want to build your new drawing off of, by selecting it in the Master Library Menu
- Add the drawing to the template by clicking Add or double clicking on the file
- Select the drawing by clicking inside the box; it is properly selected when a line border with circles surrounds and highlights the drawing in the template
- Navigate to the top Pro Quick Draw Ribbon and select the Save As Button
- Title the file you are wanting to build and make sure it's in the correct folder.
- Press Save to then go into the Drawing.
- Open the Play Editor and use the Play Editor Shapes to build your drawing.
- Exit out of the file by clicking the top right "X", and Save your changes.
The drawing you selected is now updated within the template and it has been added to your Master Library in the folder you saved it in.
By completing these steps, you have successfully created your first drawings and established a library of resources. You are now equipped to assemble your drawings and continue expanding your collection using the Save As function.
