To begin using, you will need an account (either a trial or a paid license) to access the download from the licensing dashboard. Once you have installed the software, you can then proceed to license your machine.
Invitation Email
- You will receive an email inviting you to our dashboard.
- Click Accept Invitation and you will be directed to the Pro Quick Draw Licensing Dashboard
Please check your spam folder, as this email may occasionally be filtered there.
Licensing Dashboard: Set Password
- You will be prompted to create your password
Licensing Dashboard: Create Licensed User & Key
- In order to activate your trial or license, you will need to create a license key by selecting Add Licensed User
- Choose Select User & Click your Email
If you hold multiple licenses, you will need to create a licensed user account for each team member who will be using Pro Quick Draw.
- Once you have a license key assigned, click the three dots to the right of the user and copy the license key. You will need this to activate the machine.
Download and Install
- Navigate to the Left Side Menu, Click the Download Tab. Find the area called Available Downloads and you will see Pro Quick Draw
- Click Download within the Pro Quick Draw Tab
Please Note: Before you download the application, all PowerPoint, Visio and Video Softwares must be closed.
If your programs are stalling, go to your Task Manager and end the background process for Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Run the Installer from your Downloads Folder Location
- Agree to the Terms
- When complete Click Finish
Open a new PowerPoint or Visio
- Select Blank Presentation
- Click Licensing on the right side of the Home tab
- Enter your email and click Validate
- Paste the License Key you copied from the previous steps.
- Enter your Key and Activate your machine.
- Click Activate
- If you've successfully activated your license, you are now able to use all of the toolbar functions in Pro Quick draw.
Not seeing Pro Quick Draw on your toolbar? You may need to change your settings to enable an add-in in Microsoft PowerPoint or Visio. You can find instructions on Enabling the Add-In Here.
