How to Build Your Own Playbook Shapes

Tailor your frequently used playbook shapes and organize them in a convenient menu, incorporating them into your drawings quickly.

How to Build your Own Shapes


With PowerPoint open, build your custom shape on your PowerPoint slide.

Once you have completed building your custom shape, right click the shape and select Copy

Go to the Play Editor Menu > Right Click on the file you wish to place your shape in.

Select Edit Library

Once the file opens, right click and paste (or CTRL + V) custom shape onto the slide.

Navigate to Home tab > Drawing section of the ribbon > click on Arrange and select Selection Pane from the dropdown menu.

Name the custom shape. Close file and save.
