Add plays to your library using PowerPoint (fastest method)

Use shortcut keys to speed up the building process for creating and adding your drawings to your Library

This video showcases a streamlined approach for incorporating new plays into your Master Library. By using the Save As shortcut (fn + F12), you can efficiently save your drawings without having to exit each file and repeatedly choose Save As for every new addition to your Master Library.

How to Use Shortcuts to Speed Up Building Library

1. To begin, access the base drawing you wish to use as a foundation. You can do this either by navigating through your File Explorer or by locating it in your Master Library within PowerPoint and selecting the option to Edit Play.

2.Once you are in the file, make the necessary adjustments for the new drawing you wish to create. Then, press the shortcut fn + F12 to open the file explorer within PowerPoint. You can rename the file to reflect your new creation and save it in the appropriate location within your folder structure.

3. Continue this process within the same PowerPoint file by using the fn + F12 shortcut to save each newly created drawing.
