      Add Users and Install Pro Quick Draw (For NFL, CFL, FBS Staffs)

      If the preferred method to install Pro Quick Draw for staff members as IT Personnel or Video staff, you will assign Licenses to Users and Install Pro Quick Draw on their machines

      If Pro Quick Draw is already installed on the machine and you are updating to a new the new 4.4 version, a License Key is not Necessary. Go here to Learn how to Update to 4.4

      Create a New User

      • Navigate to the Pro Quick Draw Licensed Users Section within the Account menu.
      • Select + Add Licensed User
      • Click New User
      • Enter their email, name and role
      • Select Add
        • This will add the user and assign them a license key
      • Copy License Key
        • Click the 3 dots to the right of the user and select Copy License Key
        • If you are not in front of the machine, you can email the license key to the user to quickly grab it to copy as well.

      Download and Install Pro Quick Draw

      Ensure that all instances of Visio and PowerPoint are closed prior to proceeding with the installation. Additionally, please close Thunder and DVSport, as these applications run a background version of PowerPoint, which may hinder the successful completion of the installation process.

      • Download the latest version from the Downloads tab on the left side of the Dashboard. Save the installation file to a shared server where you can access from the coach's machine.
      • Run the installer from the shared drive or the downloads folder.
      • Open Visio or PowerPoint.
      • On the home tab, click the Licensing button
      • Validate the user email, add the key, and activate the machine.

       

       

      How to allow the Pro Quick Draw User to Install on their own

      Account Manager will add the Licensed User. Coach will download and install.

      Add a Licensed User

      Upon selecting this option, a pop-up window will appear, allowing you to either add a new user or choose from a list of users you have previously created.

      Provide the necessary information for the fields when adding a license for a new user.

      If you are adding a license to a user who has already been created, simply Select User from the options and then choose the appropriate user from the list provided below. After making your selection, click Add to complete the process.

      Email License Key and Download Link

      • If PQD has already been previously installed, no key will be required. Please install the latest version of Pro Quick Draw on each machine.
      • If PQD is being installed on a new machine or for the first time then key will be required.
      After you have successfully assigned the user, under the Users table, find the person you wish to invite and select the Mail icon to the right of their name. The system will send an invite to the user with the subject "Pro Quick Draw License Key"

      • Ensure the User has received the Email.
      • The user will now download and run the installer
      • After the download is complete they will need to enter their License Key that was sent in the email to activate their machine. Copy the Key from the email.
      • Open a new PowerPoint or Visio
      • Select Blank Presentation
      • Click Licensing
      • Enter your email and click Validate
      • Paste the License Key you copied from the email.
      • Enter your Key and Activate your machine.
