On a Pro Quick Draw team account there is a designated Account Owner who has the ability to add coaches as Licensed Users and provide access to downloading Pro Quick Draw.
If you are not the Account Owner, please share this article with them to help ensure they set up staff licenses correctly and provide the necessary downloading instructions.
Add Licensed User(s)
Open a web browser and visit our Licensing Dashboard. Bookmark this webpage for fast access in the future.
If you are using our legacy portal (https://portal.pqdcloud.com) for managing your licenses and have not migrated to our new licensing platform, add users to your account this way. Ready to upgrade to our new Licensing Dashboard? Contact us.
On the Left Sidebar, ensure you are in the Account Tab
In the Licensed Users Section, select the Add Licensed User button on the right side of the screen
Trying to add a user but don't have enough licenses in your account? You can purchase additional licenses with our sales team by emailing us.
Provide the necessary information:
Roles
User: A coach who has been assigned a licensed seat to utilize Pro Quick Draw
Video Staff: For Video Staff members who wish to manage the account but do not require a user license
IT: A Technical Support Staff member requires access to the dashboard for downloading purposes
Billing: If you wish to give your Accountant access to download Invoices, you may provide a login
Email Licensed User a Key and Download Link
Users who do not hold the title of Account Owner can bypass the Licensing Dashboard and instead receive a Key to license their machine directly in Pro Quick Draw.
After you have successfully assigned the user, under the Pro Quick Draw Licensed Users section, find the person you wish to license and click the 3 dots to the right of their name.

A pop-up will appear and you will select Select Send Key to Licensed User
The user will receive an email containing the following information:
The user will download and run the installer.
After the download is complete, the User will copy and paste the License Key to activate their machine.
Ensure your staff has been trained for maximum product benefit.
