Login to the customer portal, locate the field backgrounds for downloading, save to your folder location and upload into PQD
- Open your web browser and navigate to dashboard.pqdcloud.com, login using your PQD credentials
- Click Download on the lift navigation bar
- Locate the PQD365 Field Backgrounds - Click the Download button for the field backgrounds you will be using, either using High School hash or College hash
- Open Finder on your Mac, go to Downloads or the folder you download your web items to, and copy the Field Background zip file
- Click on OneDrive on your left Locations section in Finder
- Now within that OneDrive location, locate and go into the Folder where you are storing your Pro Quick Draw files, and paste this zip file into that folder
- Once that zip file is in the PQD folder, double click on the zip file to extract the field backgrounds directory - you should now see the folder containing the field backgrounds you want to use - this folder contains field backgrounds for multiple slide sizes
How to add a field background to your new or existing drawing
- Right click on your slide and select Format Background
- Select the radio button next to Picture of texture fill
- Click the Insert button under Picture source
- In the folder selection window that displays, navigate to your OneDrive folder you just exported from the zip file, select the slide size folder of your current slide you are adding the background to and select the field background - Click the Insert button
- You should now see that your slide background is the field background you chose - you can begin your new drawing on this empty field
If you had a drawing currently you wanted to add the field background to, you follow these same steps after you open your current field drawing.
