Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to focus on growing revenue to support the High School, Small Colleges, European Clubs and Youth market. The majority of your sales will take place holding one-on-one Zoom introductory calls, phone and email follow up. A few select on-site local coaching clinics may be scheduled during the months of Feb - May for some face-to-face sales and interaction.

You will collaborate with Football coaches across the US and beyond to discover their pain-points in their current playbook workflows and strive to provide solutions to fit their staff needs. You will build relationships and follow them on their journey from the moment they reach out to us to the point of sale. Once a customer, you will transition the coach to our Support Specialists who focus on Onboarding & Technical Support. You will circle back around to that customer as they approach their annual renewal.

Qualifications

• Football Background. You have a basic understanding of American football plays, drawings and can speak a coach's language.
• Sales Experience. You have at least one year of working in Sales under your belt and understand basic principals of strategy and follow through. You have navigated a CRM platform.
• Organization.  You are detail-oriented and understand proper administrative account management to stay on top of things without being asked.
• Quick with Technology. You are very comfortable navigating PC / Windows computers and software..
• Self-Starter. You are self-motivated and possess persistence and follow through.
• Professional Presence. You communicate well over the phone, text and email communication and have an energetic presence over Zoom.

Bonus

• Tech Stack Knowledge. You’ve worked with Pro Quick Draw, PowerPoint, Hudl/Qwikcut, Visio, Zoom, & Hubspot CRM before.
• Football Coaching Experience. You understand all that is involved with a modern day coach's workflow on and off the field.
• SaaS experience. You've worked in software-as-a-service before.
